 Catamaran Kahanu is Hawaiian owned and
operated by a long-time Kauai 'ohana - family. Twenty-two years ago, Captain Lani and His bother, Billy started Catamaran Kahanu Billy has returned to what he loves best, singing. You can see him at Tihati’s Hiva Pacifica Luau. Captain Lani continues with his son, Kamua. Kahanu means “ the breath of life.” The catamaran is blessed with its name from their great, great grandfather David Kahanu, a Hawaiian landowner who fished Kauai’s North Shore. We
have been fortunate in sharing our knowledge of the “Na Pali”
coast with visitors from all over the world. |
